Data processed by this website
The website has no forms that send data to our server, does not use profiling, analytics or advertising tools, and sets no non-essential cookies. The hosting provider may record essential technical data such as IP address, request time, user agent and errors for service security and operation.
Requests through WhatsApp
The availability form prepares a message on your device. When you press “Ask on WhatsApp”, dates, guest count, pets and notes are added to a wa.me link and transmitted to WhatsApp/Meta to open the conversation, even before you choose whether to send the final message. You remain in control of sending it. Do not include health data, identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the notes. Processing is necessary to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Airbnb open services run by third parties. When opened, these providers may process data under their own privacy notices. This website does not embed third-party maps, videos or widgets and sends no data to them before your click.
Retention and recipients
Requests are kept only as long as necessary to manage a stay, comply with legal duties or protect legal rights. Data is not sold. Essential technical providers may process it, and it may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
