Hosting and technical data
This static website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. It has no forms that send data to the controller’s server, uses no profiling, analytics or advertising tools, and sets no non-essential cookies. When you visit, Vercel may process technical data required to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, request date and time, requested URL, user agent, error and security information. Processing required by the controller to make the website available and secure is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel also processes certain service-generated data under its own privacy notice.
Requests through WhatsApp
The availability form prepares a message on your device. When you press “Ask on WhatsApp”, dates, guest count, pets and notes are added to a wa.me link and transmitted to WhatsApp/Meta to open the conversation, even before you choose whether to send the final message. You remain in control of sending it. Do not include health data, identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the notes. Processing is necessary to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Airbnb open services run by third parties. When opened, these providers may process data under their own privacy notices. This website does not embed third-party maps, videos or widgets and sends no data to them before your click.
Retention, recipients and transfers
The website creates no application logs and includes no functionality to export Vercel technical logs. Any runtime logs available in the Vercel dashboard are retained for the active plan’s limit; as of 17 July 2026, the current plan provides one hour. Vercel may retain other service data under the criteria in its own privacy notice. The retention policy adopted for this website requires WhatsApp enquiries that do not lead to a booking to be deleted within six months of the last contact. Where a booking is made, data needed to manage the stay and meet administrative, tax and legal duties is retained for the applicable statutory periods, generally up to ten years for relevant records; data needed for a dispute may be retained until it is resolved. Data is not sold and is disclosed only to essential technical providers or authorities where necessary or required by law. Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries under the safeguards described in its privacy notice.
